See what Regent would have held.
For 12 weeks, Regent reads your bills beside your books and touches nothing. You keep paying bills the way you do now. Each week you see which payments it would have held, and why. The pilot is free.
Regent is in development and hasn’t run on a real business’s books yet. You would be one of the first three.
- A business in the US with 5 to 50 people.
- Bills paid through QuickBooks or Xero, with a bookkeeper or someone who enters them.
- Someone who enters bills and someone who approves payments, even if that is the same person.
- Remote anywhere in the US. In person if you are in Washington.
About an hour to start and 30 minutes a week. Your approval rules and vendor quirks go to the top of our build list.
Setup
A one-hour call, and read-only access to your accounting system.
Shadow mode, 12 weeks
Regent runs beside your books. It never pays, posts or emails anyone.
A weekly review
Thirty minutes on what it caught, what it missed and what it got wrong.
A written report
At the end, every catch and every miss, in writing.
There is nothing to buy, so there is no contract to cancel.
- Cost
- Free for the 12 weeks.
- Access
- Read-only. Regent never pays, posts or emails anyone, and no bank or payment login is connected.
- Stop any time
- Tell us and the pilot ends. We delete your pilot data on request and confirm it in writing.
- If you continue
- You keep the founder price, set when pricing is published. Pricing is per business, with no per-seat pricing.
- Where it runs
- On a computer you own or one we bring. We confirm which before the pilot starts. Hardware is a way to run the pilot, not something we sell.
- What we ask
- Honest feedback, and permission to describe the results, anonymised unless you say otherwise.
During pilots Regent will use a hosted AI model service, so the text of a bill or vendor email, and the fields around it, goes to a provider we name in writing before you start. Your ledger stays on the pilot computer. Pilot data is never used to train models unless you opt in, in writing.
It takes about five minutes. We read every application and reply in writing.
