When you use the pilot form or the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address and message, plus on the pilot form your business name, phone number if you give one, state, and the answers about your accounting system, bill volume and payment process. We also record that you ticked the consent box.

The site has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no cookies of its own. Like any web host, the hosting service may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested.

We use a form submission to read it and reply to you. Submissions are stored in a database on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and a copy is emailed to our own mailbox through Amazon SES.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use form submissions to train models. Our data rule for model training is on the security page: only our own usage and simulations today, and pilot data later only by opt-in, in writing.

The site serves its own typefaces and loads nothing from other websites, so your browser does not contact a font service when a page loads. Amazon Web Services hosts the site and handles form submissions. We have no third-party scripts on the site. Links to GitHub and grogan.dev leave this site; those sites have their own policies.

Pilot data is covered by the written pilot terms, not by this page. What leaves your business during a pilot is listed on how it works. You can stop at any time, and we delete your pilot data on request and confirm it in writing.

The forms include a hidden field that people never see. Automated spam fills it in, and we drop those submissions without storing them.
